This is the current Itinerary. A few stops will be just for a single night (weather permitting) but most will be for a minimum of 3 nights and will allow Paul to spend some time fundraising, doing press and media interviews, refuelling (both himself and the boat), doing minor repairs and preparing for the next leg.

Paul has internet access throughout the trip and so he will be able to post an entry on the blog most days. He will try to include photos and may be a video now and then if possible.
