In Hull, leaving tomorrow

Paul is in Hull Marina, and is planning to leave tomorrow at about 9am, so that the tide up the Humber is not running too fast. He aims to get to Lowestoft if possible, with Wells as his alternate if he is going to be too late for Lowestoft.
