Sally’s Blog - Window chopping

Well not exactly but it makes for a good pun

Our bedroom is now the only room that we haven’t redecorated, because paintwork and carpet are pretty good. However 2 years ago we had new windows fitted, and in the process they made a right old mess of the adjacent window alcove. So I picked up another Round Tuit and started chipping away the loose plaster and paint. Ended up with quite a large area to fill and repaint, but it’ll look SO much better. Work ongoing.

Meanwhile my neice Jo, who’s 22, is coming to stay for a few days next week, so I shall have an excuse to be a tourist and go to a few local attractions. Not sure where yet although shopping in Plymouth is one outing - I need my eyes tested. No really - I need my eyes tested so while I’m doing that Jo can visit all those clothes shops that don’t do my size, and they certainly don’t do my style!
