Day of rest and paperwork

Nothing much happened today. I spent the day taking it easy and printing out passage plans etc ready for the trip. I will have the laptop with me but I want all the necessary documents printed out.

The weather forecast hasn’t changed much regarding Saturday… departure is still not looking likely but Sunday looks better.

I will do a test run, probably to Fowey, tomorrow and stay overnight as a final shakedown. I will do my report tomorrow evening from the boat using the laptop in the same way as on the trip. You may even be able to track me on the Live Tracking but if not then it will still be in test mode. Why not drop in tomorrow afternoon and take a look?

Weather delay possible

Looking at the forecast this morning it looks like the forecast is for F4-5 on Saturday with 2+m seas… I may have my first weather delay before I have even left port! However, I have said that I will only depart port in sensible weather and that is what I intend to do.

I will not decide until Saturday morning but at the moment it isn’t looking too promising
