Read about the journey as it unfolds. Paul will post here every day if possible and will include as many pics and the occasional video. You can comment on any blog posts too so sign up and let people know what you think.
This blog includes all the posts into the sub-categories. See the right menu to see what these sub-categories are.
Paul will be on Manx Radio tomorrow (Tuesday) morning with Stuart Peters on "Mandate" between 0730 and 0830. You can listen live here http://www.manxradio.com/default.aspx, or "listen again" if you leave it until around 1pm to wait for the recording to be posted.
I want to thank Steve for doing this on my behalf and also to ask any others that wish to promote the event to their local radio/media then PLEASE do so. Also, if you can arrange any media interviews with me when I arrive in your local port then please do that too. Don’t forget to let me know about it though will you
I did my first radio interview yesterday… not just the first for this event but my first ever! It was on BBC Radio Devon’s Plymouth Breakfast Show hosted by James Watts.
I wasn’t very good… at least I don’t think so. Listen to it below and make up your own mind. It is all very scary… much more scary than the prospect of taking my little boat Round Britain. I am expecting, well, hoping at least, to be doing many more both before I leave and also on my way round so there should be plenty of chances to improve . If I can get an mp3 of the interview and get permission I will put it on the web site.
With kind permission of BBC Radio Devon

I have added a video section on the Home page. This video will always be boat related or something specifically related to my trip so please look back regularly.
I am pleased to announce that MBM have expressed their interest in the trip. They have agreed to do regular Blog reports on the MBM web site during the trip and also to run a feature article on my return.
Watch out for reports on our planning progress too in MBM in the build up to the event.
